How to Order Online

Please use our secure online shopping cart to order using your credit card. Your credit card is not charged until we are ready to ship the item(s). We only accept: VISA and MASTERCARD

• If your order contains all items that are in stock, your order will be processed and shipped usually within 48 hours.
• If your order contains items that are temporarily out of stock or not yet released, your card will not be charged until we are ready to ship the items.
• If your order contains items that are both in stock and not yet released or temporarily out of stock items, we will ship the items as they become available and your card will be charged at the time of shipping, unless otherwise specified by customer. Shipping charges will be based on the chart below. (For an example of a US order: $200 of product is available to ship today; $12.75 will be charged for shipping this product. Then 6 weeks later, $50 of product becomes available to ship; $7.75 will be charged for shipping this product.)

Pre-Orders

Not yet released pieces can be pre-ordered and shipped as soon as available. If your order contains items with various release dates, the orders will be shipped once they become available, unless otherwise specified by customer. Shipping charges will be based on the chart below. (For an example of a US order: In May $450 of product becomes available; $18.75 will be charged for shipping this product. Then in June, $175 of product becomes available; $12.75 will be charged for shipping this product.)

US Orders
Shipped anywhere within the Continental United States. Standard shipping is UPS Ground. Please note we cannot ship to PO boxes.

Canadian Orders and International Destinations
Shipping charges based on actual weight. Please call (563) 582-2071 to obtain your shipping charges.

Mail-In Orders

You can place your order by mail using payment by credit card, check or money order. Mail in your completed website form to:

Return Policy

Returns must be made within 30 days of date on receipt. If the product has a manufacturer defect or the error is ours, all charges for the item(s) and shipping charges will be fully refunded.

As soon as the returned merchandise is received (in an unused and undamaged condition) the proper credit will be issued. If customer returns the item for any other reason than mentioned above, shipping charges will not be refunded and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit. The restocking fee also applies to “Refused” shipments. All returns must be sent back to us shipping prepaid.
